Prevention of burnout

The thesis deals with burnout syndrome as a phenomenon of our time which threatens individuals and organizations. In the theoretical part burnout is defined and its possible causes with individual and external factors are mentioned. Further the process of burnout is described and the psychosocial and physical symptoms, which indicate the syndrome, are given. Also potential consequences of burnout are discussed. Next chapter deals with factors that may act in the prevention of burnout in working life. There are both internal factors as resistance, motivation and self-management and external factors of occuupational environment mentioned. Last theoretical chapter puts knowledge of burnout in the context of leadership and human resources management. It points to the possibilities of prevention of burnout in organization, attention is paid to knowledge management, talent management and diversity management. Further the personnel activities and their impact on prevention of burnout are referred. In the end importance of personal development, education, work-life balance and spirituality in prevention of burnout are mentioned. The empirical part consists of a questionnaire survey comparing risk of burnout among three age categories and an interview with a psychologist, who deals with the prevention of burnout....

Creating a business plan

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to create a business plan. The first part is dedicated to theoretical background. The main content of the second part is to establish a café and create individual steps which are necessary to establish a company. In the final part of the thesis the results which occured during the work are evaluated.

Subject of this diploma thesis is Personal work analysis. The first part of the thesis consists of theory on personal work and activities. The second part applies theory on personal work analysis at Vodohospodářský Rozvoj a Výstavba a.s.. The main target of the thesis is to describe and evaluate personal activities and to propose measures, which would lead to improvement of personal work in the company.

Personnel marketing of banking istitution in the time of comming recession

The diploma thesis is covering questions of personnel marketing ( means problems of personnel branding and the recruitment process) of one of the biggest banking institution from the czech market in the time of comming recession. The thesis involve an aspect of marketing and a description of recruitment process. Also there is a description of main concequences of the financial crise to the labour market with the influences on the process of personnel marketing. Iintroducing of the organisation is followed by analysis of exact activities concerning personnel marketing, evaluation of these activities, which is based on studying of technical literature and companie's documentation. Finally there are some proposals to improve the quality of these processes.
